Time Frame

Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on the order's destination.

It is subject to potential processing delays of up to 5-10 business days during Public Holidays, New Releases, and Drop Days due to large quantities of orders which need preparation. Although it is rare, slight delays may also occur due to customs inspections.

Free Shipping

If you've qualified for FREE SHIPPING, please note that the default shipping method is 5-10 business days within North America and 3-16 days to anywhere else in the world. All free shipping orders will come with tracking. 

Tracking number 
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.  

Please allow up to 1-4 business days for your order to be updated on the tracking link.

 

Lost and Stolen Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. And no worries! We will cover the cost of producing and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before sending a replacement, such as confirming if your shipping address was correct. We also believe it would be good to double check your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Please keep in mind that if the tracking information states that an order was delivered, but the customer states they have not received it, we will not take responsibility for that order. Any replacements in this case would be at the customer's expense. 

Incorrect Address Inputted

We cannot replace lost packages if the the customer has inputted the incorrect address. Please make sure your address is correct including your apartment room number. 

Customs & Import Taxes/Duties 

All import duties/fees vary depending on your country's bylaws and where you receive your package. We are required by law to provide an invoice of all the items you have purchased. We are not responsible for any customs charges/taxes/duties that you may have to pay.
